Leadership Team
Ricardo Dunin, CEO & Founder, has over 35 years of experience in the US, the Caribbean, and Brazil. He is responsible for the development of three Ritz-Carlton Residences (Miami Beach, Singer Island, and Pompano Beach), the development and brand creation of Le Sereno Hotel in St. Barth, and the development of 12 hotels with Accor in Rio de Janeiro.
Kat Chiechi Flores, President of North Management, brings over 20 years of global leadership experience across hospitality, real estate, and operations, having worked with renowned brands including Trump Hotels, Wyndham, and Dream Hotels. She oversees all facets of operations with a steadfast commitment to excellence — driving performance, enhancing asset value, and delivering exceptional guest and partner experiences.
Rafael Dunin, Senior Director of Hospitality Operations, brings a diverse background spanning hospitality operations, real estate, and entrepreneurship across domestic and international markets. He has held operational leadership roles with Larks Entertainment, founded and scaled a globally recognized coaching enterprise, and delivered strategic performance analyses for real estate development firms across Latin America. Multilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Rafael combines a collaborative, detail-oriented approach with a cross-industry perspective to optimize operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive measurable results.
Alex Lopez, Director of Hospitality Operations, brings over a decade of experience in hospitality operations and residential property management in South Florida. He has held key leadership roles with Loews Hotels & Co., AKAM, and Zillow, combining high-touch hospitality service with the operational discipline required to manage residential communities and complex properties. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Alex focuses on team development, accountability, and operational excellence to consistently elevate the experience for residents, guests, and stakeholders.
Carlos Colloca, General Manager of Domus Brickell Park, is a hospitality veteran with a 30-year career dedicated to guest experience excellence and profit growth. His journey began at renowned hotels like the Delano and Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, followed by 18 years with Kelco Hotels, managing global brands like Hilton and Marriott. Afterwards, he founded a consultancy firm and worked for some of South Beach's most iconic luxury boutique hotels.
